You can only apply graphic effects to greyscale and 24 bit colour
images.
Firstly, you should have am image on the screen.
Click on the Effects menu
Click on Effect Browser to view the different effects
that are possible. All the effects that are listed on the menu are included in the Effect
Browser so that you can see what they look like.
