NADEOSA EXECUTIVE AND COUNCIL

| NADEOSA's Executive Committee consists of representatives who
are responsible for the running of the association. The Committee is elected annually by
the Council (which consists of all paying members of the association). The NADEOSA Council, and the Executive which it elects annually, constitute the core management function of the Association. The Council consists of the President, Vice President, a further eight elected representatives, from which the office-bearers are elected at the first Executive meeting. The Executive has the power to co-opt a further three members. The function of the Council and Executive are spelled out clearly in the NADEOSA constitution section on management. |
